Only property owners with a Golf Membership may purchase these guest passes.  The following guidelines will be used when purchasing the 10-Play Guest Pass:

A property owner may not purchase or play as a guest using a 10-Play Guest Pass.

• Golf Members must play with their Guest who is using their guest pass.
• Guest must pay a cart fee prior to play when using the guest passes.
• If a player wants to use a Guest pass for a 9-hole round, the 9-hole round will be counted as a full 18-hole round on the guest pass.
• In Season:
  • Guest passes may be used Monday and Wednesday anytime.
  • Guest Passes may be used Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after noon.
  • Guest passes may be used Saturday and Sunday after 2 p.m.
  • You may use a 10-play pass anytime if you make your starting time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.
• Off Season:
  • Guest passes may be used Monday through Sunday after noon.
• All Guest Passes must be used before December 31 of the year in which they are purchased or they will expire. 
• You may NOT use these guest passes during Holiday Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday's if applicable).  This includes Easter, Memorial Day, and July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Guest Passes are not transferable to other Members.  The member owner using the guest pass must be on the golf course with their guest.

This policy was initiated by the Golf Committee in 2001 and continues again for the year 2008.  It will be evaluated at the end of each year and continued or canceled based on the previous year's evaluation.
