Hole-In-One Club launched |

Look for the new Hole-in-One Club which began on Jan. 1. If you wish to sign up for the club, call or e-mail the golf shop. There will be a $10 charge to join the club and your account will be billed automatically every time someone makes a Hole-In-One. There will be guidelines as to what constitutes a legal Hole-In-One to receive payment, which is currently being established. The member's account will be credited for the amount of the bar tab and the balance in the pool will be placed on the member's golf shop book credit.

Recent Study
A recent study found the average American golfer walks about 900 miles a year. Another study found American golfers drink, on average, 22 gallons of beer a year. That means, on average, American golfers get about 41 miles to the gallon. Kind of makes you proud.
