All rules and regulations will be enforced. Enforcement will be in the following manner:

All violators will be issued a ticket by Security that will be filled by the General Manager's Office.

Property owners will be responsible for the actions of their guests in following these and all rules and regulations within the boundaries of Big Canoe.

Boats that are moored at the marina or stored in racks at the marina or launching area of privately stored boats and do not have a current registration decal, are in violation of these regulations and are subject to being moved, at the owner's expense, to other designated areas at the direction of the General Manager.
