An hour and a half of challenging strength training and aerobic exercise. Geared for the moderate to advanced fitness level.

Strength, Stretch & Balance
This class is geared for all fitness levels with the focus on basic exercise fundamentals to increase strength and flexibility. The class will be instructed by Gregg Terry, Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Instructor.
Pilates
Pilates is a core based exercise class. Geared for all fitness levels and instructed by Kim Brown.
Yoga
This Yoga class is instructed by Elizabeth Devereux and is geared for all fitness levels.
H2O Exercise/Arthritis - Fitness Center Pool H20 Exercise - This class focuses on basic exercises performed in chest high water.
Gloves and Styrofoam hand weights may be used to enhance the exercises.
Ann Stewart teaches this class.
This class is geared for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.
Water exercise shoes and a towel are recommended.
H20 Arthritis - This warm water class focuses on easy joint movement and range of motion.
Ann Stewart, Certified Water Fitness Instructor with S.S. & CO, teaches this class.
This class is geared for the beginner and arthritically challenged participant.Water exercise shoes and a towel are recommended.
H2O Aerobics - Fitness Center Pool H20 Aerobics - This advanced water exercise class is loaded with cardiovascular and strength training challenges. Hand weights and gloves may be used to enhance the exercises.
Friday's class is taught by Edie Stone.
Yoko Holcombe, Nationally Certified Group Exercise Instructor with ACE, AFAA and Aqua International Trainer with Speedo teaches all other H20 Aerobic classes.
This class is geared for the intermediate to advanced fitness level.
Water exercise shoes and a towel are recommended.

Yoga is geared for all fitness levels. Wear loose long pants, shoes may be removed in class.
Tai Chi Tai Chi - The practice of the ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements practiced as a system of exercises.
Tai Chi is led and taught by Jeff Cook who began his Tai Chi training in 1985.
This class is geared for all fitness levels. There is an additional cost for this class.
Easy Does It
Easy Does It
A safe and easy way to get started or reintroduced to an exercise program. This class focuses on strength training and stretching in a manner that concentrates on safe and effective exercises. Geared for all fitness levels.
Tanya Hicks teaches this class.
