Pool:
- Fence gates close automatically but do not lock, please do not prop them open
- Shower before entering the pool
- Shower before entering the pool after swimming in the lake or waterslide
- No alcoholic beverages or smoking allowed in pool area. There is a smoking area on the deck near the back door to the snack bar or upstairs on the deck.
- No pets, bikes or skateboards allowed on pool deck
- No running
- No diving
- No rough horseplay, pushing, shoving, fighting, etc
- No drugs, firearms, fireworks
- No food or beverages allowed in pool. Food coolers at the tables are welcome.
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Only flotation devices for safety are allowed in pool
- Children in diapers must wear the special "swimmie" style diapers in the pool at all times, in addition a plastic outer pants over the diaper is required (can be purchased at the snack bar)
- Change diapers on changing tables in restrooms not on pool furniture
- No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the swim area
Lake Disharoon:
- No diving from boardwalk or sunbathing deck
- Swim only in roped off areas
- Enjoy using your recreation flotation devices in the lake swimming area
- No pets, smoking or alcoholic beverages in lake or boardwalk area
- Use charcoal in the beach area grills only, no wood fires allowed
- Refrain from putting chairs in the water
Paddle boats and Canoes:
- All boaters must wear a life jacket. The jacket must be fastened and tied before entering the boat.
- Do not remove the life jacket after getting in the boat.
- You must remain seated at all times. If you wish to trade places then return the boat to the dock area to do so.
- Boats can only be docked at the boat dock area not at the shoreline anywhere on the lake.
- No person can board or leave a boat except in the boat dock area.
- Enter and Exit all boats from the side and only with the assistance of a lifeguard.
- Do not splash each other or other boats.
- Do not bump or in any way come into physical contact with another boat.
- Keep boats and canoes away from spillway and dam area.
- Stay within designated boating area.
- Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult to use a paddleboat.
- Children 12 and under must he accompanied by an adult to use a canoe.
- If your canoe turns over stay with your boat until a lifeguard reaches you. The canoes will not sink.
- If you have a medical emergency in a boat call to a lifeguard for assistance getting the boat back to the dock.
Beach and Decks:
- Pool side lounge chairs and deck chairs are not allowed on the beach. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Also, food coolers are welcome.
- Do not throw sand or rocks.
- Refill all holes dug on the beach when you are finished building sandcastles.
- No pets, bikes or skateboards allowed on beach or deck area.
- Ask at the admissions desk for volleyballs for the volleyball net.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach or sun deck area.
- Use charcoal only in grills, do not make fires from wood.
- Please return all tables and chairs to their original place if you move them.
Rock Waterslide:
- The slide is part of the outdoor waterfront area. All guests must have a hand stamp from the admissions desk to use the slide.
- No pets, food, alcohol, smoking, skateboards, boogie boards or other sliding devices are allowed on the slide
- Guests must be able to swim to go down the slide as the first catch pool is over 6 feet deep.
- No flotation devices of any kind are allowed.
- Guests must go down the slide one at a time, no doubles.
- No running starts allowed.
- Guests must sit up, feet first and push off.
- Do not walk up slide.
- Do not climb on rocks or the rock bridge.
- The rockslide is closed if there are no lifeguards on duty even if there is water running down the slide.
- Do not open the rockslide gate if it is closed.
