One of the main purposes of our rules and guidelines is to inform property owners, thereby preventing violations and avoiding enforcement through the imposition of penalties. We would be pleased if citaus manner. Notice is given that repeat offenders will face escalating penalties. The intent of this policy is to eliminate conduct that impairs the safety of our residents and diminishes the quality of life in our community.

Property owners are advised that distribution of any rule by mail such as in the monthly billing mail-out or any other property owner mailing such as "Smoke Signals," constitutes official notice to the property owner body. You may review the Big Canoe POA Rules and Regulations at the Administrative Office between 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. on normal workdays, or by reviewing the documents below.
