Join Angela Cooper, a group exercise instructor and personal trainer with over 32 years of fitness instruction experience, for a specialty class using weighted Body Bars to build muscle, strength and endurance. This high-energy, low-impact class is geared to all fitness levels and is sure to challenge all of your major muscle groups. This specialty class will be offered in February on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 9:45 a.m. There is an additional fee of $12 per session. Wellness members and non-members are welcome.
